Package Usage Period:

• 5-Session Package: Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

• 10-Session Package: Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

• 15-Session Package: Must be used within 8 months from the date of purchase.

1. Non-Transferable:

   • Packages are non-transferable and can only be used for the dog specified at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable:

   • Once purchased, packages are non-refundable. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the usage period and cannot be carried over.

3. Booking Policy:

   • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

   • Missed or canceled sessions without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

4. Health Requirements:

   • All dogs must have a veterinarian's approval for hydrotherapy and must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by the facility.

   • Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will not be refunded or extended.
